Can I get Lease Review Pro as part of a subscription?
Yes. Meeting Notes Pro ($5/month) includes Lease Review Pro. If you use both tools regularly, the subscription is better value than buying separately.
What counts as a Meeting Notes use?
Each text extraction counts as one use. Free accounts get 3 text extractions per week; limits reset every Monday at midnight UTC. Photo upload is a Pro-only feature.
Can I cancel Meeting Notes Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time. Pro access stays active until the end of the billing period.
What does IRS Notice Pro include?
AI analysis of any pasted letter text and photo/PDF document upload, for any IRS notice, not just the 15+ in our database. One-time $4.99 charge, tied to your account forever.
Why are IRS and Lease Pro one-time, not subscriptions?
Most people get an IRS letter once or twice a year, and move once every year or two. A monthly subscription would be poor value. One-time unlocks match how these tools actually get used.
Will USCIS Tracker ever cost money?
No. It's permanently free — a free alternative to Lawfully ($15/month). That won't change.
Is billing secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe. cleartools never sees or stores your card details.
